Villa Sun N Sea is a beautiful modern villa set on the lush hillside above Lourdas Bay, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views over the turquoise Ionian Sea and towards the island of Zakynthos.
Designed for comfortable and relaxing holidays, the villa offers spacious interiors, extensive terraces and a superb private infinity pool. The bright open-plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with large sofas and satellite TV, all positioned to make the most of the impressive sea views.
The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, together with a guest cloakroom and washing facilities.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a bathroom with a bath and shower, while the second double bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower. An additional office/day-bed room with a single bed provides extra sleeping space, allowing the villa to accommodate up to seven guests.
Large balconies and terraces on both levels are designed to preserve the panoramic views, while the outdoor area is centred around the impressive 10m x 3.5m infinity pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor lounge, shaded dining area and BBQ create the perfect setting for long Mediterranean days and relaxed evenings.
