These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Kefalonia Booking website and any booking requests or reservations made through it.

1. Service scope

The website presents tourist accommodation listings and may support either booking requests or direct booking, depending on the property.

2. Reservations

Reservations are completed either through a booking request subject to availability or through direct booking where supported. A booking is considered completed only after the required deposit or payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Euro (€), unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made through viva.com checkout, bank transfer, or any other method stated during the booking process. Confirmed reservations keep the price shown at the time of booking.

4. Delivery methods

As this website provides accommodation booking services and not physical goods, no physical delivery takes place. Delivery of the service takes place electronically through booking confirmation emails and related reservation details.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking type and the specific property terms. Unless otherwise stated on the property page or booking confirmation, deposits may be non-refundable. Special offers, non-refundable rates and last-minute reservations may not be eligible for a refund. Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable period.

6. Unavailability or cancellation by us

If a reservation cannot be completed due to unavailability, technical error or another objective reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any paid amount will be handled according to the applicable refund process.

7. Right of withdrawal

The general 14-day right of withdrawal typically does not apply to accommodation bookings and leisure services for specific dates or periods. Therefore, cancellations are governed by the specific cancellation policy of each booking.

8. Customer obligations

Customers must provide accurate information, verify reservation details before completion, comply with property rules and follow check-in/check-out instructions.

9. Limitation of liability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the correct operation of the website and the accuracy of its information. However, we are not liable for temporary website unavailability, third-party technical failures, payment platform disruptions, or events of force majeure.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European law.
